This spring break wasn't all fun and games....... when we got home Jake let AJ mow our back yard on the rider for the first time. He did a really good job!
Reece wanted in on the "chores" when he found out AJ was going to start getting an allowance for mowing and doing other jobs around the house. So he picked up sticks. They are both saving money for our next trip to a Cubs game in May. We are taking them to a Lego Land, they will love that!!

What Great fun!! It's nice when the kids get big enough to finally help with the "real" work! I am assuming you are going to Chicago to watch the Cubs? I wasn't aware there was a Legoland there or is it somewhere else?? You'll have to let me know how the trip goes! Sounds like lots of fun especially for boys! Glad you are enjoying your Spring!
ReplyDeleteYour boys are the perfect age for the French Lick water park!! I bet they had a blast....Koen still can't do a whole lot when we go. AJ looks so grown up riding on the mower! Where does the time go?! You guys should come on over someday after school and play!
